The workshop propose to reflect on architecture as the art of the 'building' the different human ways of living, and knowledge of the means and methods to transform an idea into built space, in comfortable environments in which humans live at ease.
Aim of the course is to deepen the architectural principles acquired in the previous two years and develop that part of the design process methodology concerning the transition from the housing project area to the project of a collective and common space such as a school.

  

Requirements to take the exam.
The drawings must be adapted to control, in various scales of representation, of the significant aspects of the project and in particular the student explains the exercises the project and the knowledge gained through the following documents:
-A3 journal. Is a travel journal of the exercises and the activities in which collects the reflections, notes, sketches, graphics, photographs and all kinds of considerations that will be considered
more significant.
-A1boards : the drawings of the project will be placed on A1 boards, arranged for a vertical reading.
In detail, the tables contain the following documents:
master plan:
-general plan of the block with volumetric highlighting of individual project 1/500
architecture of the building
-building plans 1/200
-sections, elevations and isometric view 1/200
teaching units
-plans, elevations, sections 1/100-1/50
characterization of space
-sketches, 3D views, rendering
report
-report on the design criteria adopted
model:
-model studies and final model 1/200
readings:
-demonstrate that they have acquired the significance the 'language of architecture' through the study of the bibliography.
nb: all drawings should be show by CD
